El Victor or Victor Cid is an artist from Chile, raised in Bergen city, Norway. He started to draw at a young age, inspired by various comics and nature.
As a Streetart Artist, he was inspired by several major artists like Banksy, Shepard Fairey (Obey) and others.
EL Victor made his first street art in Bergen ``Love & Death '' in 2019. Then he has made "Girl with the Balloon '' which was a huge success in his urban career.
